My childhood included frequent family campouts, weekends exploring Yosemite, and regular backpacking trips with my father. This left me feeling most comfortable and "at home" when I'm immersed in natural settings, finding deep connection to places unspoiled by human influence or development.
I got my first "real" camera decades ago, when I was in grade school, and unsurprisingly, my photography gravitates towards capturing the beauty of natural landscapes. Perhaps it is an attempt to bring the wilderness home with me, a way of mitigating the restlessness I feel between adventures. After all these years, and in response to multiple requests, I'm making some of my favorite images available for purchase as prints. So please, browse and enjoy!
